Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you as outlined in your contract. Arman Raya retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general methodologies. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment schedules, methods, and currency are specified in your project agreement. Invoices are due according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur fees or result in paused work until outstanding balances are settled.

We strive to meet agreed timelines and quality standards. Revision rounds included in your package are defined in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately. Final files and access credentials are released upon completion of payment.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arman Raya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the terms in the signed agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
